Changes:

• fixed bug with next round voting and added countdown for next round
• improved vfx
• added double jump
• reworked how boundary ball bumper worked, should be more intuitive now
• gameplay audio now uses 3d sound
• player moves slightly faster
• slightly increase max distance for ball target
• internally reworked how the game keeps track of what state its in (players shouldnt notice any change but its easier for me to extend in the future)
